RCW 9.41.090, .092, and .1132 change the requirements for release of a firearm. FFLs are required to obtain proof to training (as described in the RCW), wait for a proceed from us (no more release after 10 days if no answer), and wait 10 business days for ALL firearms, frames and receivers:
No, I am primarily a gunsmith and an FFL as required by law.
All firearms must be brought unloaded and in a case or cover for the gunsmith to safely check before handling. There is a $50 fee added for any loaded firearms brought to the shop. Insurance is expensive and we want to remain 100% accident free.
